But first, let me introduce myself.
Hi, I'm Dr. Brooke Jeffy.
I'm a
board-certified dermatologist, winner of the
Women's Choice Award 2024, and I've been featured on
Good Morning America
and served on the advisory board for
ELLE Magazine.
For years, when patients asked me what they could do at HOME for
sagging skin on their face, neck, arms, or belly…
Sadly, I had to tell them the honest answer: not much.
The only real options were dangerous and expensive surgeries that
are costing thousands of dollars.
Until now.
Today, I'm going to share the one at-home device I actually
recommend to my patients — the same technology we use in clinical
settings, now available for daily use in your own bathroom.
But first, let me explain why everything else you've tried has
failed…
Look, I'm a huge believer in exercise.
It's great for your muscles, your heart, your mood.
But here's what exercise CAN'T do:
It can't tighten the skin.
And if you’ve lost a lot of weight with the help of diet and
exercise, then you know this is true!
But this is because muscle and skin are two completely different
tissues.
So you can build the most toned muscles in the world…
And the loose skin will still hang right over top of them.
Like a half-deflated balloon draped over a sculpture.
And this is because loose skin is an elasticity problem, but it’s
not a muscle problem.
So no amount of crunches, planks, or tricep dips will fix it.
But this isn’t the worst myth that keeps your skin stay loose and
saggy for years.
There is another one that keeps so many women stuck and feel
hopeless:
This one breaks my heart.
Because women spend billions of dollars every year on collagen
skincare products…
Rubbing them on their face, their neck, their arms, their belly…
Hoping to "replenish" the collagen they've lost.
But here's what science says:
Collagen molecules are over 300,000 Daltons in size.
But only molecules under 500 Daltons can actually penetrate your
skin barrier.
That means collagen is 600 times too big to get through.
So every time you apply that expensive collagen cream…
It just sits on TOP of your skin like a greasy film.
You might feel temporarily "moisturized"…
But zero
actual firming is happening underneath.
It's like
trying to water a plant by pouring water on top of plastic wrap.
Nothing gets through to where it matters.
What if I told you this is totally BS?
I know this sounds weird. In the end I am a dermatologist and
performing procedures is how I make my living.
And yes skin tightening surgeries work.
But they come with a whole lot of issues.
Firstly, they require multiple sessions so it can end up costing
you up to
$20000 per area.
Secondly, surgical options
leave permanent scars.
Thirdly, it takes time to heal after surgery so you will
have to take time off for recovery.
And until recently there wasn't a good middle ground.
You either spent thousands on in-office treatments…
But luckily today there is another solution.
